Ela<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> disp\u00f5e sobre incentivos \u00e0 inova\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 pesquisa cient\u00edfica e tecnol\u00f3gica no ambiente produtivo, al\u00e9m de estabelecer a garantia do incentivo ao inventor independente, isto \u00e9, qualquer pessoa que n\u00e3o ocupe cargo efetivo, cargo militar ou cargo p\u00fablico, que seja inventor ou autor de uma obra qualquer. Portanto, qualquer um pode ser um inventor independente, desde que a inven\u00e7\u00e3o em quest\u00e3o atenda aos crit\u00e9rios estabelecidos pelas normas de patenteabilidade: novidade, atividade inventiva e utilidade industrial.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ao procurar a NIT Rio, o inventor independente coloca sua inven\u00e7\u00e3o dispon\u00edvel, de acordo com as
