See the options: - ### **Technology supply** Knowledge and techniques that cannot be protected by patents can be transferred through technology supply agreements between the company and the Research Unit. - ### **Technology licensing** Licensing involves the exploitation of products or services protected by intellectual property – patents, for example – and works like a rental, in which ownership does not change. A period of use by the company is agreed upon under conditions previously established by contract. In addition, all the intellectual capital – researchers, technologists and technicians linked to these Research Units – can take part in your development and innovation project through a contract or agreement, under art. 4 of [**Law No. 10,973/2004**](https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2004-2006/2004/lei/l10.973.htm).
